Rosters Integrated with SIS
Let's face it, one of the knocks against student response systems is that they require entirely too much time for a teacher to set up. You have to import rosters, configure spreadsheets or type till your hands cramp to get all the data info it. No More!
With Convey Enterprise Services, setting up a teacher to use Convey Student Response takes a matter of seconds. Simply choose his or her name from the search field and then watch all their rosters and student information flow into the SRS client.
CES provides a centralized server populated with teacher and roster data from your student information system. This makes deploying SRS across your campus quick and easy.
Our team even helps you do the "heavy lifting" by getting your data in the CES server. Plus any changes made to the rosters in the CES server will automatically update on the teacher's computer. It's quick, easy and if you're not using Convey with CES then you need to give us a call.
Playlist and Roster Sharing

-
Share question playlists
-
Share rosters for combined polling
-
Publish standard playlists or benchmark playlists across your school or district.
With social networking, we share everything about ourselves, why not let teachers share what's working? CES makes it easy to share questions and playlists they've created.
Once a playlist is published to the CES server any other teacher in the system can find it and import it by simply searching for it with the Playlist Import Wizard. Search by grade, subject, title and more.
CES makes it easy to publish benchmark tests, answer keys and more so all your teachers can be asking those important questions at the same time.

Plus with Convey Enterprise Services, Sharing Rosters is easy: simply download what you need from the server. This allows teachers to easily combine classes for large group games, group exercises and more.
Data Aggregation
-
Data gathered to CES server from across school or distric
-
Track student progress
-
Web based reports
-
Track system usage
Ready to enhance your data gathering? Convey will speed up and streamline your ability to capture data from students. Replace bubble sheet answer keys with Convey responders and data seamlessly flows into the CES. No more scanning, no more erasure marks, just quick, easy reporting at your fingertips.
The goal with any curriculum tool is to help students improve their performance. But how do you know if they're progressing? You need data! Consistent use with any response system will generate great data, but how do you access it?
Most student response systems fall short in this manner. The response data is stuck on the pc in the classroom. Not with Convey! Convey Enterprise Services gathers all the response data from across your school/district so you can analyze your students and gauge their progress.
Need a math benchmark established for your 6th graders? Need it tomorrow? No problem! Simply publish the playlist or answer key to the CES, let your teachers give the test in the classroom and publish those results back to the CES server. No more bubble sheets, no more waiting for reports to get processed and come back late. The data is instantly there.
Want instant ROI on your Convey investment? Install CES and roll out SRS across your district and you'll be able to instantly map student progress and teacher usage. That will make the parents, teachers and the school board happy. Plus, when scores start going up, you'll know you've made the right choice.
Convey Enterprise services provides web based reporting on the data gathered by the student response system. For more robust reporting, please contact us to discuss how we can export your response data into the reporting application of choice.
Backing Up Is Easy
-
Back-up response data from classroom pc's
-
Playlists and rosters stored in CES server. Easy access if re-image required
We all know that th
e computers in the classrooms have to get re-imaged on a routine basis. If a teacher isn't careful with exporting data to a shared resource drive, key questions, playlists (question collections) and response data can all be lost.
With Convey Enterprise its incredibly easy to back up your data. When a response session finishes a teacher simply makes sure that the "Save to Enterprise" option is checked and the student performance data is placed on the CES server.

Saving questions and playlists, answer keys and more to the CES server is as easy as clicking the Share button in the Question and Playlist Editor. Then if the computer has to be re-imaged or just dies, not only is roster data pulled in from the CES server but the questions, playlists and response data is there too!
